Your Tasks
- Coordinating order processing between sales, project management, and production
- Preparing quotations as well as recording and processing customer orders
- Supporting the project manager in implementing and managing customer projects/orders
- Providing administrative support to project managers, processing quotations and orders, and technically advising customers
- Creating documentation and evaluations as well as performing general administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Training in the electrical field, preferably as an electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, or similar
- Further training as a technical merchant with a federal diploma or commercial school (or still in training)
- Good MS Office skills
- Organised, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a customer-friendly mindset and approach
- Solution-oriented and networked working style, strong service mentality, and enjoyment of new challenges
- German: Fluent (C2)
