The Breast Centre Zurich is a DKG- and Q-Label-certified, interdisciplinary centre of excellence for the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases – with a special focus on modern, guideline-based therapy of breast tumours.

Your TASKS – medically demanding & meaningful
This position has a clear focus on laboratory work and blood sampling. You will make a central contribution to the safe administration of oncological therapies – as stable laboratory values are a prerequisite for every chemotherapy.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Performing blood sampling and laboratory work (main task of the position)
- Organising and coordinating the oncology consultations in close collaboration with four oncologists
- Caring for our patients before, during, and after consultations
- Telephone contact person, reception, and appointment management
- Coordinating all patients of the affiliated study department
- Responsibility for data management and the electronic patient record
- Administrative tasks to ensure smooth practice operations
Your PROFILE – professionally skilled & personally strong
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant / MPA or equivalent
- Ideally professional experience, preferably in a medical or oncological environment
- Very good knowledge of medical terminology
- High social competence, empathy, and professionalism in dealing with oncological patients
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
- Organisational talent with attention to detail and the ability to set priorities
- Good IT user skills
- Very good German and Swiss German skills, English an advantage
- Discretion, loyalty, and reliability are a matter of course for you
