Customer Advisor Sanitary Exhibition 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Professional customer advice (German and English) in our modern exhibition
- Receipt of customer orders (phone, email, in person)
- Recording and processing of quotations and orders
- Technical clarifications
- Handling of customer complaints
Your Strengths
- Professional training in the building services sector or commercial training with a technical background, ideally in sanitary wholesale
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Good PC user skills
- Efficient working style and ability to set priorities correctly
- Enthusiastic, service-oriented, enjoyment of customer contact
- Good manners, well-groomed appearance, confident demeanour
