Do you have technical understanding and find practical solutions for special customer requests? Then we are looking for you.

At our production site in Menziken, in addition to our standard range, individual solutions according to customer requirements are also created.

Your mission

A customer needs a special table solution, a piece of furniture in a special design, or a solution that is not available in our standard range? Then you take over.

You clarify the customer request together with our sales team, check the technical feasibility, find a suitable solution and prepare the corresponding offer. You independently manage the order from the inquiry to the implementable solution.

For design, visualisation and production preparation, you work with the relevant specialists in our team. Your technical understanding and your ability to develop a good, feasible solution from a customer request are decisive.

These are your tasks:

• Independent handling of customer-specific special solutions in the field of office furniture
• Technical clarification of customer requests and development of practical, feasible solutions
• Processing of special requests, e.g. for tables, sit-stand desks, conference tables, storage solutions and lockers
• Calculation and preparation of offers for individual customer solutions
• Checking technical feasibility as well as coordinating costs and deadlines
• Coordination of further development with sales, design, production preparation, purchasing and production
• Clarifications regarding materials, fittings, components and special parts with internal and external partners
• Accompanying the customer solution from inquiry to implementation
• Maintaining relevant information and data in the ERP system
• Contributing to the improvement of our special solutions and processes

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ, ideally supplemented by further training as a wood technician HF, project manager carpentry or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in furniture making, interior finishing or processing customer-specific solutions
• Extensive expertise in materials, fittings, constructions and technical feasibility
• Experience in calculation and offer processing as well as a good understanding of costs and economic efficiency
• You are used to independently assessing demanding customer enquiries, developing solutions and driving implementation forward
• You think not only technically but pragmatically and solution-oriented and know what works in practice
• You like to take responsibility, contribute your own ideas and support others with your expertise
• A structured, reliable working style and enjoyment of collaboration with sales, design, purchasing and production
• ERP knowledge as well as CAD/production preparation experience are advantageous
• Very good German skills and good English skills
