Your Tasks

• Operating the telephone switchboard in technical customer service
• Recording customer concerns (ticket) in the ERP system
• Invoicing and checking customer service deployment reports (including expenses)
• Various administrative tasks and correspondence
• Deputising for the telephone switchboard (main number)

 Requirements Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training with several years of professional experience in the same or a similar position
• Interest in technical matters
• Native German speaker with good French and English skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems
• Responsible and reliable
• Independent and precise working style
