Your tasks

• Review of heating, sanitary, and HVAC plans to correctly record properties
• Creation and assessment of measurement and billing concepts
• Ensuring correct data collection and high data quality as a basis for error-free billing
• Analysis & plausibility checks of reading and consumption values
• Technical review and quality assurance of bills before customer dispatch
• Analysis and correction of errors in bills and technical data
• Support in the further development of billing processes
• and establishment of quality standards
• Harmonisation of procedures and quality standards between DECH & WCH
• Training and technical support of the teams

Your qualifications

• Completed training as a sanitary planner, heating planner, building technology planner HVAC, or comparable technical training
• Further training at technician HF / master / FH engineer level is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in building technology
• Very good understanding of heating, sanitary, and measurement systems
• Interest in energy, water, and ancillary cost billing
• Experience in analysing complex issues and process optimisation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• High affinity for data analysis and system interrelationships
• Fluent in German and French, both spoken and written
• Analytical, structured, and quality-oriented personality with high initiative and assertiveness
