🔵 Are you familiar with household appliances and enjoy sales?

Then this could be a great fit.

We are looking for an experienced and straightforward personality for our sales team. You will advise our customers, prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure that everything is perfect from the first contact to delivery and installation.

🔵 This is what you will do with us

• You advise customers by phone, email, and in our shop
• You sell large household appliances and suitable services
• You independently prepare quotations and process orders
• You clarify customer enquiries and find the appropriate solution
• You coordinate deliveries, installations, and appointments
• You work closely with our service team, technicians, and fitters
• You look after existing customers and help to acquire new ones

🔵 What you bring with you

• Experience with large household appliances
• Experience in sales, retail, or a comparable role
• Enjoyment in advising and customer contact
• Independent, reliable, and organised working style
• You think ahead and take responsibility
• Very good German language skills
• Confident use of computer, email, and common Office applications
