How you can contribute
- Supporting projects through organisational, administrative and coordinative tasks
- Maintaining, structuring and updating project and specialist documentation as well as knowledge management (e.g. Confluence, filing, instructions, templates)
- Assisting in first-level support; receiving, documenting and coordinating enquiries as well as following up on open tasks
- Preparing, recording and following up on project meetings including task and decision management
- Creating simple evaluations, overviews and presentation materials to support project and support processes
What makes you unique
- Ongoing or recently completed university or university of applied sciences studies (Bachelor/Master), preferably in business, business informatics, digital construction or a related field
- Interest in digital work processes, project organisation as well as topics of digitalisation in the construction and real estate environment and an affinity for structured work, documentation and knowledge management
- Initial experience with collaboration, documentation or analysis tools (e.g. Confluence, Excel, Power BI) is an advantage or willingness to quickly acquire these skills
- Careful, independent and reliable working style as well as organisational skills
- Ability to prepare information clearly, understandably and appropriately for the target audience – both orally and in writing
- Good knowledge of a second official language

Fresh from or in the middle of your studies? With us, you will gain valuable practical experience at the interface of project work, support, documentation and coordination. As part of a university internship, you will support our team in organising and further developing digital work processes and make an important contribution to the quality and traceability of projects and services. You will gain insight into the project and support environment of the federal administration, work closely with various specialist departments and learn how digital platforms, processes and standards are used and further developed in the construction and real estate context. In doing so, you will deepen your organisational, analytical and communication skills and build a solid foundation for your future career.
