Your Responsibilities

You take overall responsibility for the Wetzikon site and successfully lead it in terms of safety, quality, delivery reliability, efficiency, and culture.

In particular, you are responsible for:

• Leading the areas of production, filling, packaging, logistics, and engineering
• Controlling operational key figures and achieving agreed targets
• Ensuring stable, efficient, and economical processes
• Further developing organisation, employees, and infrastructure
• Implementing investments, improvement projects, and automation initiatives
• Close collaboration with sales, development, quality, and purchasing
• Representing the site to internal and external stakeholders
• Member of the Business Unit Carex management team

Your Profile

• Technical education, ideally further training as an engineer FH / HF, chemist, industrial engineer, or equivalent
• Several years of leadership experience in production, operations, or plant management
• Experience in an industrial environment such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or packaging
• Clear leadership, high personal responsibility, and strong implementation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking with an eye for costs, quality, and people
• Hands-on mentality as well as enthusiasm for change and improvement
• Very good German skills, English advantageous
