Modern, attractive residential development with approx. 40 apartments

Tasks:

• Regular rounds to check the condition of the property
• If necessary: communication and coordination with administration/tradespeople
• Monitoring of technical systems
• Minor maintenance and repair work on buildings
• Initial recording of internal apartment defects, rectification if possible
• Garden maintenance
• Waste management
• Cleaning: common areas, lift systems, staircases, underground garages
• Winter service
• Care of caretaker rooms with equipment / facilities

Apartment cleaning by arrangement

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar role
• Independent working style
• Friendly interaction with residents
• Driving licence
• Good German language skills
