The Anti-Bullying and Harassment Office advises companies and organisations on bullying, sexual harassment, and discrimination in the workplace – with investigations, external ombuds offices, training, and strategic support.

 

Your tasks

  • Conducting investigations into bullying, harassment, or discrimination in interdisciplinary two-person teams
  • Conducting and further developing training sessions and workshops for managers and teams
  • Advising companies and organisations
  • Advising employees within the framework of external ombuds offices of various companies and organisations
  • Collaborating on projects in close cooperation with the managing director

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law, at least 2 years of practical experience
  • Interest in the interface of law, psychology, and HR
  • Confident German, very good English skills
  • High social competence, entrepreneurial mindset, discretion, and independent working style
  • Solid practical experience in the use of AI applications (prompt engineering, LLM-based workflows); independent evaluation and integration of new tools into existing work processes.
