Introduction

Electrician as Technical Advisor Internal Sales

• Processing customer enquiries from quotation to delivery
• Preparation of quotations for electricity meters for self-consumption connections for self-consumption optimisation and for charging stations in the e-mobility sector
• Preparation of monitoring quotations (e.g. Minergie monitoring, 2000 Watt area monitoring)
• Support of our energy advisors working in the field
• Assistance in preparing quotations based on tenders for complete solutions with electricity, heat and domestic water meters
• Telephone and written contact with customers, especially technicians and installers
• Tracking delivery dates of customer orders
• Preparation of technical documentation

• You have a basic training as an electrical specialist and further training in the commercial field or experience in office work
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Good to very good Italian skills are an advantage
• You are interested in renewable energies and new technologies
• You enjoy helping customers and technicians
• You have a good grasp of things
• You like to work independently and purposefully
