Health Specialist 60-100%
Your Tasks
- You take on daily responsibility and ensure a smooth process in everyday care.
- You actively contribute to optimal interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You share responsibility for the assessment of residents using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC.
- You advise relatives as well as internal and external contacts competently and empathetically.
- You participate in the training of our apprentices and support them in their professional development.
- Your commitment shapes a positive working atmosphere and promotes an efficient and appreciative working environment.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as FaGe EFZ, FA SRK, geriatric nurse (with Swiss recognition), specialist in long-term care, or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of RAI-HC/interRAI LTCF (advantageous)
- Further training in treatment care and preferably experience in geriatrics
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum level B2)
- Strong social skills as well as a high degree of empathy and communication ability
- Good organisational skills and structured working method
