What you can achieve

• Independent management of the legal service as well as advising the management on legal issues.
• Handling objections, complaints and representation in proceedings before cantonal courts and the Federal Court.
• Legal support of specialist departments and customers, as well as training employees in legal and data protection topics.
• Responsibility as Data Protection Officer and ensuring legal compliance, especially in the area of data protection.
• You appreciate challenges and are happy to take on additional tasks as needed and suited to your strengths, such as controlling.

What you bring

• Completed law degree (Master of Law) with 2 to 5 years of professional experience, specialising in social insurance law is an advantage.
• Experience in contract review as well as legal advice.
• You master oral and written communication in German and can formulate eloquently; ideally, you also have knowledge of French and Italian.
• Independent, precise and responsible working style with strong communication skills.
• Teamplay is more than just a word for you and you are accustomed to results-oriented work.

In the Support team, we take on a central hub function within PROMEA Social Insurance. In addition to the legal department, our area also includes the specialist fields of ICT, HR, central services, event organisation, quality management and internal audit. Together we ensure that the operational and strategic needs of the entire organisation are efficiently supported. Through close cooperation with all departments of PROMEA, we create the conditions for smooth processes, high service quality and the continuous development of our organisation.
