This is a company in the technical services sector based in the city of Zurich. The company handles demanding customer requests and collaborates with various internal and external specialist departments.

To strengthen the HR department, we are looking for an HR Manager 80-100% by agreement. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for operational and advanced HR topics and work closely with employees and managers. The ERP system used is Abacus. Due to close collaboration with the team, regular on-site presence is expected; one day of home office per week is possible.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will take on the professional and personnel management of a small HR team as well as actively participate in daily operational business and be responsible for professional HR support
• You will competently advise managers and employees on all personnel-related issues and accompany demanding situations and personnel changes in a solution-oriented manner
• Along the entire employee lifecycle, you will be responsible for central HR processes from recruitment and onboarding through personnel development to exit
• You will actively contribute to payroll, social insurance, and HR reporting while driving the further development of HR processes, policies, digitalisation, and other strategic HR topics

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed a commercial basic education as well as further training in Human Resources, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role as well as initial or solid leadership experience enable you to independently take on this responsible position
• You have sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance and simultaneously impress with strong advisory and communication skills
• Additionally, you communicate fluently in German and very well in English
