You can contribute in this role

• Develop and assess real estate projects in early project phases as well as prepare sound decision-making bases for strategic investment decisions
• Manage and accompany feasibility studies and create project definitions as a basis for successful project implementation
• Hand over projects to the operational organisational units and ensure the implementation of strategic guidelines
• Anchor sustainability goals, especially the net-zero target, in real estate development by preparing technical foundations, advising project participants, and exchanging knowledge and experience
• Contribute to the further development of the sustainability strategy and represent the organisation in expert committees, networks, and working groups

What makes you unique

• Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in architecture, civil engineering, business administration, environmental sciences, or a comparable field
• Further training in real estate economics or business administration as well as sustainability in building construction
• Several years of professional experience in real estate development or project management as well as in the field of sustainability in the real estate environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in preparing decision-making bases and managing complex projects
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style with high communication and consulting competence
• Good knowledge of a second official language
