For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a team-oriented, reliable, and independent personality as

ICT Supporter (m/f) 80-100% [Ref:2200]

• Receiving and processing IT support requests by phone, e-mail, and ticket system
• Analysing and resolving hardware and software issues in 1st-level support
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations and peripheral devices
• Supporting users with questions about Microsoft 365, Windows, and other IT applications
• Categorising, prioritising, and forwarding more complex support requests
• Documenting support cases and solution approaches in the ticket system

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in IT support or service desk environment
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Experience with ticket systems as well as analysing and resolving technical faults
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as an independent and structured working style
• Communicative, team-oriented, and solution-focused personality
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
