As part of a long-term succession plan, we have been exclusively commissioned to approach you for the following key position:
Head of Department Contaminated Sites & Environment
Member of the Executive Board
Your tasks:
- Management of a department within the contaminated site remediation business unit
- Strategic and operational development of the department
- Acquisition and development of demanding projects
- Leadership and promotion of the team
- Responsibility for budget, results, and sustainable business success
- Representation towards customers, authorities, and partners
Your profile:
- Completed studies (ETH/FH/University) in geology, environmental or civil engineering, or a related discipline
- Several years of experience in a leadership role
- Expertise in the fields of contaminated sites, environment, or soil
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in business development and client relations
- Authentic personality with assertiveness, negotiation skills, and high social competence
