To strengthen our team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a Head of Property & Casualty Department (m/f/d) from 1 March 2027
Head of Property & Casualty Department (m/f/d)
What you will achieve
- You lead and develop the employees of the P&C team and assume all related leadership tasks
- You take main responsibility for the care of renowned national and international clients in property, liability and transport insurance
- You continuously develop the P&C area and ensure compliance with processes, profitability and service quality
- You maintain contacts with specialists from insurance companies
- You support acquisition projects
- You work in project teams
- You ensure communication and information flow within your functional area
Why you will succeed
- You have several years of qualified experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or insurer
- You have sound knowledge of international business
- You have proven leadership experience
- You are proficient in all MS Office programmes and have a high IT affinity
- You have the ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken German and English
- You are service-oriented, empathetic and possess strong social skills
- Your resilience and flexibility as well as your efficient and reliable working style complete your profile
