Purchaser (80-100 %)
iWay AG delivers customised solutions in the areas of Internet, telephony, mobile, TV, hosting & cloud as well as data centres. We score with personal, free support and rely 100 percent on Swiss know-how and infrastructure.
Your tasks
- You plan and control the entire procurement process and evaluate suppliers
- You analyse the market, compare offers and conditions as well as service contracts with existing and new suppliers
- You are responsible for contract and compliance management, monitor stock levels and conduct inventory
- You work closely with various internal departments and accompany larger procurement projects
Your profile
You have:
- training or further education in purchasing, sourcing or procurement, for example as a sourcing manager or technical purchaser
- at least three years of professional experience in purchasing or sourcing
- experience in the telecommunications industry and a good technical understanding of hardware and services
You are:
- strong in negotiation, cost-conscious and skilled at negotiating good terms with suppliers
- independent, structured and precise and approach challenges analytically and solution-oriented
- communicative, team-oriented and enjoy working with different internal and external contacts
- time-flexible for important tenders and communicate well in German and English
