Our leading, internationally oriented law firm with offices in Zurich, Geneva and Lausanne is looking for an experienced, operationally strong HR professional for the Zurich location with immediate effect or by arrangement.
You will lead a three-person HR team and jointly ensure flawless HR administration for around 230 employees.

Your area of responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day operations including payroll
- Ensuring correct and timely payroll processing as well as social security declarations and settlements
- Advising and supporting supervisors and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Recruitment of non-legal staff
- Active participation in HR digitalisation and continuous development of processes and systems
- Management of employees in the day and evening pool
- Deputising in vocational training (commercial and healthcare sectors)
Your profile:
- Further training at HR specialist certificate level or a higher qualification (FH/NDS HRM)
- German as mother tongue and very good English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in all operational HR processes of the employee lifecycle
- Sound knowledge of payroll, social security and labour law as well as strong IT affinity (Abacus, Infoniqa and Office 365)
- Experience in training commercial apprentices; a qualification as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- Team player with a strong service orientation, assertiveness and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Flexibility, quality awareness, discretion and precise working methods
