To further expand our team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who competently advises customers, develops customised solutions, and acts as a central interface between customers, sales, and internal departments.
Your Contribution
- Technical advice and support for customers in demanding applications in measurement and automation technology
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable technical solution approaches
- Preparation, calculation, and active follow-up of quotations
- Independent handling and clarification of technical customer enquiries
- Close cooperation with sales, product management, international plants, and order processing
- Coordination, support, and assistance with technical issues during the order phase
- Maintenance and documentation of customer and project data in the CRM system
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed technical basic training with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics, or automation, as well as further education at HF, FH level or comparable qualification
- Experience in industrial measurement technology, electrical/automation technology, process engineering, or a related technical field
- Enjoyment in customer consulting and developing technical solutions
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external customers
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written
- French language skills are an advantage
