Your Tasks
- Support and accompany people with psychological challenges in everyday work
- Responsibility for the smooth processing of orders and adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Support in production planning
- Accompany inclusive offers
- Administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the technical field, logistics or comparable education
- Organisational flair and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Experience or further training in work pedagogy is an advantage
- Good IT user skills (Microsoft 365)
- Team-oriented, resilient, reliable and conscientious personality
- Openness and joy in designing and implementing
