Your Role

As Finance and Payroll Lead, you take on the professional responsibility for our accounting and payroll mandates. You are the central contact person for your clients, manage mandates independently, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background: from ongoing accounting to payroll processing and year-end closing.

What Awaits You

  • Independent management of a diverse SME client portfolio
  • Management of financial accounting including VAT returns and year-end accounts according to OR (Swiss GAAP FER advantageous)
  • Responsibility for monthly payroll processing including social insurances, withholding tax, and year-end tasks
  • Preparation of reports, budgets, and forecasts for your mandates
  • Business consulting for clients as a sparring partner on questions regarding accounting, payroll, social insurances, profitability, and liquidity
  • Co-design and further development of internal processes, tools, and automations
  • Professional guidance of junior employees
  • Support during tax audits and statutory audits of your mandates

What You Bring

  • Commercial basic training with a federal diploma (fiduciary, accounting or social insurances) or equivalent further education (mandatory)
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience in a fiduciary company or in a comparable role (mandatory)
  • Solid, practical knowledge of Swiss accounting, VAT law, and payroll
  • Experience in payroll processing including withholding tax
  • Experience in controlling, budgeting, and reporting for SMEs
  • Confident handling of cloud-based accounting software (e.g. bexio, RunMyAccounts) and payroll systems (e.g. Infinity)
  • Structured, precise working style and enjoyment of direct client contact
  • Fluent German, good English skills
  • Desire for responsibility, co-creation, and a digital working environment
