Your role

For our location in Samedan, we are looking for a Project Manager Civil Engineer and/or a Project Engineer. You plan structures in concrete, steel and timber, develop static concepts and take on technical construction management for complex projects. In both roles, you work closely with architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors, thus shaping construction projects that endure.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for static concepts from design to completion
• Preparation of tenders
• Management of cost and schedule as well as ensuring budget and timelines
• Leadership and professional guidance of project teams
• Technical construction management and supervision for complex projects
• Structural planning and implementation in concrete, steel and timber
• Risk management and problem solving for technical and organisational challenges

Your profile

• Degree as a civil engineer ETH or FH with good knowledge in structural engineering
• Several years of experience in building construction (civil engineering knowledge is an advantage)
• Leadership experience (for project management civil engineer)
• Experience in collaboration with architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors
• Team-oriented personality with good communication skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of AXIS VM and Messerli-Bau is an advantage
