Junior End User Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Ensuring reliable IT end-user support at the workplace and via remote support
Qualification, prioritisation, and handling of incoming incidents and service requests
Provision and support of clients, peripherals, and mobile workplaces
Support in the use and troubleshooting of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
Participation in IT rollouts, infrastructure tasks, and smaller projects to further develop support processes
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or comparable technical qualification
Confident handling of Windows and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, and VPN
Strong service and customer orientation as well as independent, reliable working style
Very good German language skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
