You can contribute to this role

• Develop the target vision for integrated lifecycle management of national roads and ensure its implementation
• Standardise and digitalise processes for inspection, condition assessment, condition forecasting and action planning of pavements, structures, tunnels and routes
• Develop processes and introduce tools that translate infrastructure and condition data into prioritised maintenance measures and targeted investments
• Design uniform decision-making and business processes across organisations and connect central and decentralised organisational units in coordinated management
• Prepare decision-making bases and represent the project to the executive management

What makes you unique

• University degree in engineering, business, computer science or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in the transformation, management or development of complex real estate, road or transport infrastructures
• Sound knowledge in infrastructure, real estate or asset management as well as lifecycle management
• Proven successful management of complex, cross-organisational programmes, portfolios or change projects
• Strategic thinking combined with experience in process design, governance and data-based decision models
• Good active knowledge of at least one additional official language and ability to communicate in English in a professional context
