Client Representation – Project Manager Real Estate (80 – 100%)

Previs, based in Bern, is one of the major pension funds in Switzerland and employs around 90 staff. We own an extensive real estate portfolio across Switzerland with approximately 3,200 rental apartments. Our real estate departments comprise over 30 people in asset and portfolio management as well as in the specialist areas of project management and development, real estate marketing, administration, and caretaking.

We challenge you with

• the responsibility as project manager for the client for new build, development, and renovation projects throughout Switzerland
• leading and coordinating internal project teams
• managing external planners, specialists, and general contractors
• negotiations with service providers, suppliers, authorities, neighbours, and tenants

What you bring professionally and personally

• several years of experience in planning management and realisation of building projects
• qualifications and/or professional experience in the following areas:
  - Qualified architect or equivalent
  - Construction project or real estate management
  
• solid knowledge of planning processes and standards
• a determined working style and assertive personality
• your teamwork skills and proactive communication
