Your tasks

• First and second level support for our employees
• Installation, maintenance and support of Windows workstations and peripheral devices
• Support of specialised applications as well as network and communication solutions
• Participation in exciting IT projects
• Support in the further development of our modern IT infrastructure
• Ensuring reliable IT operations

Your profile

• Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in supporting Windows client systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Active Directory etc.)
• Ideally experience with IT infrastructures and networks
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in contact with people and strong service orientation
• Team spirit, willingness to learn and interest in new technologies
