Social Pedagogical Employee 80-100% for the Children’s Residential Group at Haus Fortuna
In our children’s residential groups at Haus Fortuna, we care for children and young people with cognitive, multiple and psychological impairments as well as sometimes highly challenging behaviour. This task is very demanding. The children and young people often display very conspicuous behaviour that requires patience and a clear stance. We are looking for employees who consciously want to take on this demanding task. You should bring expertise and empathy as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations constructively.
- Comprehensive upbringing, support and care of our children and young people including shaping their living and development environment
- Key worker role
- Collaboration with internal and external specialists as well as family members and legal guardians
- Experience in working with people with cognitive impairments
- FaBe, FaGe, social pedagogical training or equivalent professional education level
- You are empathetic, creative and humorous and place great value on good teamwork
- Personal responsibility and a reliable way of working
- Willingness for irregular and split working hours
- Independent and varied activity
- Careful induction and collegial working atmosphere
