IT Support with Language Talent Wanted (a) 100% - French or Italian [Ref:2465]

• Receiving and processing technical enquiries in 1st and 2nd level support - by phone, email, and via the ticketing system
• Independent analysis and prioritisation of incoming support cases as well as forwarding to the responsible departments if necessary
• Maintenance and ongoing supplementation of the knowledge database as well as collaboration in improving procedures and support processes
• Quick and solution-oriented support of users with the aim of restoring work capability as quickly as possible

• Completed commercial training or an apprenticeship in the ICT field
• Initial experience in IT or customer support is an advantage. Even more important to us, however, are a high service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least at level C1, as well as mandatory French or Italian at least at level B2
• Good technical understanding, quick comprehension, and interest in continuously working on new topics
• Reliable, independent, and responsible working style as well as clear and understandable communication
• Impeccable reputation
