On behalf of our established customers, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, reliable, and flexible individual in the

IT Service Desk (a) 100% [Ref:2465]

• First point of contact for users with technical faults and support requests in 1st and 2nd level support; by phone, email, and via the ticketing system
• Independent analysis, prioritisation, and documentation of incoming requests as well as appropriate forwarding to the responsible specialist departments
• Ongoing maintenance and development of the knowledge base as well as active participation in the optimisation of support processes and service quality
• Rapid and sustainable restoration of users’ working ability through solution-oriented and customer-focused handling of support cases

• Completed commercial training or an apprenticeship in the ICT field
• Initial experience in IT or customer support is an advantage; however, a strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct interaction with users are more important
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1) as well as mandatory Italian skills (at least level B2)
• Good technical understanding, quick comprehension, and willingness to continuously acquire new knowledge
• Reliable, independent, and responsible working style with clear and target-group-appropriate communication
• Impeccable reputation
