Specialist Caregiver (FaBe) EFZ
YOUR TASKS- Caring for and supporting our residents in their daily activities
- Accompanying residents in their individual daily routines, in living and leisure
- Perceiving the individual needs of the residents
- Working as a key contact person and maintaining contacts with relatives and legal representatives
- Handling departmental tasks such as recording and coordinating RAI services
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Specialist Caregiver EFZ, Social Pedagogue HF, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with InterRAI is an advantage
- An open heart, high social competence, and willingness to explore new paths
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and joy in the profession
