Look forward to
- 1st & 2nd level support: You competently and service-orientedly support our approximately 260 employees with technical issues.
- User lifecycle & IT workplace: You provide hardware, software, and permissions on time for new hires and internal transfers, and ensure a clean decommissioning on departures.
- Analysis & problem solving: You analyse and resolve hardware, software, and network issues directly on site, ensuring a swift restoration of IT operations.
- Business applications: You ensure functional support for our social insurance business applications and coordinate the forwarding of more complex issues to the responsible specialist departments.
- Power user concept: You work closely with our power users, support them with concerns, train them on new tools and processes, and jointly develop the 1st level support in the business.
- Service quality: You process incidents and service requests on time, keep an overview, and ensure targeted escalation if necessary.
- Documentation & further development: You maintain solution documentation and the knowledge base, work closely with the IT team, and contribute your ideas for the continuous improvement of our support processes.
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist EFZ, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support and enjoyment of direct contact with users
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 as well as experience supporting Microsoft environments
- Experience with software distribution and endpoint management
- Good skills in analysing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment in explaining technical matters clearly
