To strengthen our HR team of the companies Notterkran AG and Contena-Ochsner AG, we are looking from October 2026 at the locations Boswil (main location) and Urdorf for a
HR Generalist with Payroll Responsibility 100% (Everyone is welcome)
Tasks
- Payroll processing:
- Independent execution of monthly payroll runs for several companies
- Processing all payroll-relevant changes (entries and exits, salary changes, workload changes, absences, allowances)
- Handling social insurances and withholding tax
- Preparation of year-end tasks (salary certificates, reconciliations)
- Personnel administration:
- Administrative handling of entries and exits including contract creation
- Maintenance of personnel data and personnel files as well as responsibility for time recording
- Complete HR administration according to process
- Support with HR evaluations and statistics
- General administrative support of the HR team
Requirements
- Commercial training with HR specialist certificate or comparable further education
- Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally for multiple companies
- Very good German skills spoken and written, good English and French skills are an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
- Passion for payroll, affinity for numbers and structured, precise working method
- Independent, reliable, team-oriented
