Full-time Vocational Trainer in Nursing

The residential and care centres of Sihlsana AG offer various living, care and support options for elderly people. Currently, around 200 places are available for independent living with tailored services – including home care – as well as for stays with continuous care and support, up to specialised units for people with cognitive impairments.

We see "learning and training" as an investment in the future. For this purpose, we are reorganising the education sector with full-time vocational trainers and attach the utmost importance to the quality of training.

Your Responsibilities:

• As a full-time vocational trainer, you are responsible for the learning processes, achieving individual goals, as well as the administrative and planning tasks for several apprentices/students.
• In so-called learning and work communities (LAG), apprentices/students from different training phases and programmes jointly care for the residents assigned to them based on the Cognitive Apprenticeship model.
• You contribute to the development and implementation of educational objectives and participate in internal company meetings as well as external educational events.

Your Profile:

• You are a FaGe or HF/FH nurse and bring experience from a similar working environment.
• You love your profession, enjoy supporting young talent, like working in a team, and are committed with enthusiasm to the development of long-term care.
