The contribution you can make

• Manage property sales with the support of external partners
• Implement the progressive adjustment of the surface rights lease at housing cooperatives for Federal staff, sometimes concurrently with negotiating a new surface rights contract
• Lead a specialist team responsible for administration and promote its development

What distinguishes you

• Advanced professional training in real estate (e.g. real estate trustee with APF or equivalent training)
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and entrepreneurial spirit
• Specialist management skills, ability to take responsibility
• High autonomy and flexibility; open and team-oriented mindset; strong commitment and initiative
• Good active knowledge of two official languages
