We are looking for a highly motivated Management Associate to support the Managing Director in operational steering and performance management, with a development path towards broader operational leadership across Gem Services entities.
- Support and further develop operational controlling processes and performance monitoring
- Prepare KPI dashboards and analyse operational performance
- Ensure quality control of non-gemmological operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Support the alignment and harmonisation of processes and systems across entities
- Independently manage internal projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare business analyses, market research, and decision documents
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or a scientific discipline
- Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- German and/or French is an advantage
- Exposure to controlling, corporate development, or a technology-driven environment is an advantage
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- High curiosity and interest in technology and innovation
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to execute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
