Junior IT Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Support of employees in 1st and 2nd level support directly on site as well as remotely
Receipt, analysis, and processing of IT faults and service requests via ticketing and helpdesk channels
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
Support with questions regarding Windows, Microsoft 365, and the digital workplace
Participation in smaller IT infrastructure projects as well as optimisation of internal IT support
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable technical qualification
Good practical experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
Basic knowledge of LAN, WLAN, VPN, and TCP/IP
Customer-oriented, independent, and reliable working style with a strong service orientation
Very good German language skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
