IT Supporter (m/f/d)

With customised solutions in IT, finance, and HR management, they relieve their clients in daily operations – professionally, efficiently, and proactively.The scope of work includes comprehensive support for planning offices: from IT infrastructure to finance and controlling, as well as personnel administration and recruitment. The services range from individual solutions to complete outsourcing of central functions.

Responsibilities:
You provide 1st and 2nd level support for clients and resolve issues with clients, Microsoft 365, accounts, and permissions
You manage Windows workstations and client hardware as well as Intune client management
You support Citrix and VMware environments with support and troubleshooting
You participate in rollouts, changes, and technical projects
You document solutions, develop the knowledge base, and work on-site with clients
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification and experience in 1st and 2nd level support
You are familiar with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Intune
Ideally, you have knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory as well as experience with client hardware
You work independently, structured, reliably, and customer-oriented and enjoy solving technical problems
You communicate very well in Swiss German and German and have good English and/or French skills
