In the role of Application Support Specialist mLog (80-100%), you will take on a central role in the support, further development, and optimisation of our planning and reporting platform.

Your Job
- Support of our planning and reporting platform mLog
- Conducting functional checks, quality assurance, and regression tests
- Monitoring daily operations and ensuring system availability
- Independent adjustments within the platform
- Coordination with other digital projects
- Coordination with external software suppliers
- Close collaboration with internal teams (IT, operational areas, etc.)
- Conducting user training sessions
- Creating user stories, tickets, and specifications in coordination with the team
- Support in planning and executing releases and deployments
- Receiving, analysing, and documenting requirements from the business
- Regular assignments at various locations of our group companies in Switzerland, including willingness to travel
Your Profile
- Completed technical or business education (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar)
- Broad IT and business understanding, experience in a digital environment
- Testing and QA experience (functional tests, regression, processes)
- Experience in digital project coordination and collaboration with software suppliers
- Knowledge of Java, Python, and modern tools
- Analytical, structured, independent, and reliable
- Very good German and English skills; French advantageous
- Pedagogical skills for training
- Service-oriented, team player, solution-focused
- Experience with release/deployment processes is an advantage
