- Plan and lead the project regarding project team management, deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality and risks
- Analyse and realise the project idea (feasibility, cost-effectiveness, risks and success factors, in consultation with portfolio management)
- Manage the project to achieve the set results and objectives (deadlines, costs and quality)
- Apply appropriate project management processes (monitoring risks and opportunities, controlling the effectiveness of implemented measures)
- Define the project marketing and communication plan, ensure project information (maintain relationships)
- Lead projects in contexts involving stakeholders with complex profiles
What makes you unique
- University degree (master's) in computer science or business informatics, and experience in managing IT projects involving various stakeholders
- Strong knowledge in risk and quality management in IT projects (analysis, design and process modelling; risk assessment and implementation of countermeasures)
- Knowledge of the organisation of the 1st pillar, ideally experience with IT projects concerning the 1st pillar
- Analytical thinking, goal and result orientation
- Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language

The ITM sector develops and implements the digital transformation and innovation strategy of the Federal Social Insurance Office (FSIO) in the area of the 1st pillar through agile and innovative IT projects. As project manager for the implementation of the electronic platform of the 1st pillar, you will lead a strategically important project for the FSIO and work closely with the relevant stakeholders.
