You can expect a versatile HR role with a lot of personal responsibility, direct exchange with employees and managers, as well as the opportunity to actively develop processes further. These are your tasks: 

• You accompany employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• You are responsible for preparing the monthly payroll for around 120 employees 
• You independently process daily allowances and ensure correct recording and reconciliation
• You independently recruit new employees 
• You are the contact person for employees and managers on HR matters
• You manage time tracking, personnel master data, and HR reports
• You participate in HR projects and contribute your ideas to optimise processes

What we expect from you:

• You have at least a qualification as an HR assistant or HR clerk in personnel administration or a comparable qualification
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in a very similar position
• Mandatory: You have experience in payroll preparation and are confident in handling payroll-relevant data and daily allowances
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and like to take responsibility
• You are numerically inclined and have a high standard for quality and accuracy
• You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills
• You have good MS Office skills
