Your tasks

• Support of an age- and gender-mixed residential group
• Needs-based support of our partly care-dependent residents
• Organisation of daily life and leisure activities
• Responsibility for the individual development planning of the residents
• Close cooperation with the other residential groups as well as the staff of the day structure services

Your profile

• Training or work experience in the social sector
• Commitment, willingness to work, and great curiosity for the needs of people with cognitive impairments
• A humorous, resilient, and balanced personality
• Team spirit, independence, enjoyment of networked thinking and working
• Enjoyment of irregular working hours including weekends and on-call duties
• Nursing activities are part of the daily work; you are willing to take responsibility for these and to familiarise yourself with them
• Good IT skills
• Driving licence
