To strengthen our dynamic Life Science Team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Zurich), we are looking for a motivated and positive personality as:
HR Talent Care / Payroll Assistant (80-100%)
6-month contract – possibility of extension
Main tasks
- You are responsible for the care of our externally employed staff of the Business Unit Life Sciences in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- You cooperate closely with various process managers to resolve issues concerning the deployment of our employees promptly and efficiently
- You issue employment and lending contracts and advise our candidates and clients on the respective conditions
- You monitor the entire duration of deployment of our temporary employees and are thus the preferred contact person for the complete HR life cycle
- You regularly visit the various deployment companies of our temporary employees on site and are a trusted contact person
- In case of problems or dissatisfaction, you initiate measures for finding solutions together with the relevant partners
- You maintain direct contact with the deployment companies or their representatives and support them in establishing processes and measures to ensure smooth payroll and personnel administration
- You are responsible for the entire onboarding process, including contract discussions, registration with the relevant institutions, and maintenance of all personnel administration data
- You accompany our employees through the offboarding process
- You support our externally employed staff to resolve their concerns with high priority and a service mentality
- Regular personal and telephone contact with employees in German and English
- Organisation of candidate and employee events and conducting employee surveys
- You contribute ideas on how employee care can be improved
- You work closely with the payroll team and ensure that the flow of information is guaranteed among all parties involved
You bring the following
- Experience in HR administration; experience in payroll administration is a great advantage
- Experience in personnel administration in the service industry is a great advantage
- Confident German and good English skills
- Service-oriented personality, empathy and enjoyment in working with people
- Organisational talent, an eye for detail as well as a prompt, independent working style
- You are well grounded and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
