Your area of responsibility:

Is your heart set on the HR field? Do you enjoy working with different people and like a broad range of tasks in HR administration and payroll? Then you are exactly right with us!

• You are responsible for the entire HR administration from entry to exit for our approximately 70 employees in Switzerland
• You ensure efficient and accurate payroll accounting and are responsible for all matters relating to social security
• Our time tracking system is your responsibility, as is the creation of employee-related documents such as employment contracts, references and confirmations
• For HR-related questions from our specialists and managers, you are a competent contact person and ensure legal and policy-compliant implementation
• You actively support recruiting – from correspondence with applicants in the applicant management system to appointment coordination
• In our digital personnel files, you maintain all personnel data and enter information about training and further education in the internal database
• In addition, you are committed to the continuous optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with further education in the HR field (e.g. HR assistant, payroll specialist)
• Several years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security law
• Experience with an ERP system in the payroll area, ideally Sage / Infoniqa
• High degree of independence and strong quality awareness
• Trustworthy, communicative, service-oriented and positive personality
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French an advantage
