Our Swiss adventure began in 2016. Since then, we have grown strongly: Today we have almost 1,000 employees in over 30 stores, supported by 5 central departments (Logistics, E-Commerce, Finance, HR, etc.).
To strengthen our HR team in Spreitenbach, we are looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Specialist as part of a succession plan. The HR team consists of 20 people in total, of whom 6 are specifically responsible for the areas of administration and payroll.
Your missionYou will take on the independent handling of payroll accounting and HR administration for around 300 internal employees. For this role, we are looking for a very structured and dynamic personality who combines deep payroll expertise with a hands-on HR administration approach.
Your tasks
1. HR Administration
Employee Lifecycle Management: Management of the entire personnel administration from A to Z – including the creation of employment contracts, contract changes, handling terminations, and issuing employer certificates.
Authorities & Reporting: Timely and correct handling of processes related to withholding tax, family allowances, pension fund (BVG), AHV/EO/APG as well as sickness and accident notifications.
2. Payroll & Compliance
Payroll processing: Independent execution of the monthly payroll run for approx. 300 employees using Workday and Abacus.
Data maintenance: Recording and processing of all payroll-relevant changes (entries, salary adjustments, exits, variable salary components).
Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with Swiss legal requirements, social insurances (AHV, BVG, UVG, etc.) and tax authorities.
3. HR Projects & Special Tasks
Process & system optimisation: Active participation in key projects in the HR area (e.g. further development of Workday, E-Planning or introduction of the digital salary certificate).
Fleet management: Care and administration of the company car fleet.
Profile
- Expertise: You have sound knowledge of Swiss payroll accounting and personnel administration – acquired through appropriate training or relevant professional experience.
- Affinity for numbers & IT: You are numerically inclined, skilled in using IT tools and ideally already have experience with Workday and Abacus.
- Working style: You work extremely structured, precisely, reliably and discreetly. In addition, you are characterised by a high degree of independence and initiative.
- Languages: Fluent German is mandatory. Very good English skills (at least level B1) complete your profile.
- Passion for sport: Of course, you actively engage in sport yourself and share our passion for it!
