Customer Service Specialist Juggler

Your main tasks:

• You act as an intermediary between our car mechanics and our customers, seeing this as a service both to the customer and the workshop staff.
• You accompany and shape workshop processes and notify customers if necessary.
• You assist our customers by phone and at the counter, providing information about completed work.
• You handle administrative tasks: preparation and invoicing of workshop orders; warranty entries; invoicing of spare parts; programming of the key cabinet.
• You advise our customers and sell spare parts and accessories.
• You are also on duty on tyre days, including Saturdays.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your commercial training.
• You are willing to learn and enjoy expanding your social and professional skills.
• You fully support our in-house brands Toyota and Suzuki, even privately.
• You enjoy interacting with people and like to build relationships.
• You remain calm even in difficult conversation situations.

We are looking for someone who is ready to take on new challenges and work flexibly! Our position offers a unique combination of customer service, spare parts warehouse, and handling of bodywork damage. You will rotate every two months between these areas, working two months in customer service and then two months in the spare parts warehouse and bodywork handling.

This means you will continually have new tasks and challenges to expand your skills and knowledge. And to ensure you have enough time for yourself, we offer you one day off per week during the months you work in customer service.
