For our valued client in the Aarau region, we are looking for a motivated individual as Operations Mechanic (a). If you enjoy taking responsibility, are technically skilled, and want to ensure that production facilities operate reliably, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the technical availability and functionality of production facilities and machines
• Carrying out maintenance, repair, and servicing work
• Analysing and resolving technical faults
• Preventive maintenance and continuous optimisation of the facilities
• Supporting conversions, installations, and technical improvements
• Documenting the work performed and faults
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and other internal departments

Your profile:

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of production facilities is an advantage
• Good knowledge of mechanics and ideally also pneumatics and hydraulics
• Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to work shifts is an advantage
• Good German language skills
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and technical understanding
