What you will achieve
Cybersecurity and compliance are not a trend for you, but part of your daily work. You develop effective measures and help to significantly reduce the risks of a large organisation. Bring in your expertise and actively shape the group’s cybersecurity.
- Operation and continuous development of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) of the group-wide IT
- Consulting and support of the various group companies in building their own ISMS
- Development of cybersecurity concepts as well as advice on the selection of suitable security measures and solutions
- Management and coordination of internal cybersecurity projects within Corporate IT
- Planning and conducting internal cybersecurity audits as well as supplier audits
- Participation in the further development of the group-wide cybersecurity strategy and creation of directives and guidelines in cooperation with the Group CISO
- Conducting training to strengthen security awareness
What you bring
- Completed basic training with recognised further education in the field of information security (CAS/MAS, certifications etc.)
- Several years of experience in information security or cyber security
- ISO-27001-(Lead) Implementer or Auditor or comparable experience
- Experience in building and operating an ISMS as well as in risk management
- Experience in incident management and security audits
- Technical understanding of modern IT infrastructures and security solutions
- Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
